Data Architect Architect

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes, data domains, and data usage across the organization.
- Define and maintain business-focused data models, semantic layers, and business glossaries.
- Partner with business stakeholders to establish common definitions for key entities, metrics, KPIs, and master data.
- Work closely with Technical Data Architects to ensure functional and technical data models remain aligned.
- Lead data discovery, data mapping, and data lineage workshops.
- Support data governance, data quality, and master data management initiatives.
- Ensure reporting, analytics, and AI solutions are built on trusted and well-defined business data.
- Identify data inconsistencies and drive data standardization across systems and business functions.
- Provide guidance on data ownership, stewardship, and business rules.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Data Governance, or Enterprise Applications.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic modeling, and business information architecture.
- Experience with Finance, HR, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business domains.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance principles.
- Ability to translate business concepts into structured data models and definitions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
