Supports Farm Credit East data reporting and management needs as part of the Data team.

Data analysis and reporting
- Understand stakeholder requirements and deliverables and set appropriate expectations.
- Fulfill management reporting requests and provide insights and process-improvement recommendations.
- Meet reporting needs of senior management, business-unit leaders, regional leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure information is suitable for the request and meets regulatory requirements.
- Improve reporting capabilities for core systems, including AgWorx, Salesforce, and nCino, as legacy systems are phased out.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on financial controls, change control, testing, validation, and data mapping to source systems.
- Help implement and drive adoption of Power BI and Power BI Paginated Reports.
- Scope projects, define requirements, and evaluate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address internal and external customer inquiries and issues.
Data management and governance
- Support data-governance policies for data collection, management, and use.
- Help improve data quality, security, maintenance, reliability, and reduce data redundancies.
- Support data-quality work, including rules and management and staff reports or dashboards.
- Query association databases and perform ETL to prepare data for reporting, analytics, and modeling.
- Participate in the transition from on-premises storage to cloud storage and develop capabilities within Microsoft Azure.
- Follow defined change-control and ICFR procedures.
- Support an analytics catalogue that centralizes reports and promotes one version of the truth.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including explaining complex concepts clearly to management.
- Build and maintain the technical skills needed to carry out the job function.
- Relevant tools and skills listed include Business Objects, Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, SQL querying, and ETL.
