The employer is recruiting Data Analytics Trainees for an upcoming traineeship program.
The program combines structured training, a live company-assigned project, and a final project report.
Program Structure
- Weeks one and two consist of completing assigned training modules.
- Week three consists of working on a live project assigned by the company.
- Week four consists of preparing and submitting a project report.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must hold or be pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Applicants must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
- Applicants should demonstrate accountability, motivation, and willingness to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills are required.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, delegation ability, receptiveness to feedback, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Complete the assigned learning modules during weeks one and two.
- Work on the company-assigned live project during week three.
- Prepare and submit a project report during week four.
