The employer is seeking Data Analytics Trainees for an upcoming traineeship program.
The program combines structured learning, a live project, and a final project report.
Traineeship Schedule
- Weeks one and two consist of assigned training modules.
- Week three consists of work on a company-assigned live project.
- Week four consists of preparing and submitting a project report.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
- High accountability and motivation.
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, project-management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creativity, ability to delegate responsibilities, receptiveness to feedback, and adaptability.
- Willingness to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Complete the learning modules assigned during weeks one and two of the traineeship.
- Work on the live project assigned by the company during week three.
- Prepare and submit a project report during week four.
