Role Summary
Support the VP of HSEQ by analyzing operational and HSEQ data, managing KPI reporting, and developing executive-level dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HSEQ performance data and identify key trends.
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.
- Manage HSEQ KPI tracking, calculations, and data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or PMO Support.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and dashboard development skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
