Role overview

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for a range of stakeholders.
• Investigate patterns and produce figures for ad hoc business requests.
• Learn to automate recurring reports over time.
• Work with product and technical teams to solve data problems and support new developments.
• Inform business decisions with accurate data.
• Provide data feeds to other departments and systems.

Candidate requirements

• At least four years of experience in a Data Analysis position.
• Strong experience with data in Excel and with SQL databases, SQL queries, and large datasets.
• Experience presenting figures and trends to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical details clearly.
• Knowledge of automated reporting platforms is required.
• Embedded analyst operating-model experience is desirable.
• Insurance industry experience is an advantage.
