Purpose of the role

Analysis and reporting
- Extract and analyze data from data lakes and other sources to provide actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and automate BI and MI reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Use SQL, Python, Power BI, and other tools to automate reporting.
- Develop and track KPIs and consistent measures for company decision-making.
- Analyze customer behavior using statistical modeling, segmentation, time series, and predictive techniques.
- Analyze data across channels and systems with subject-matter experts.
Collaboration and governance
- Partner with Product, Commercial, Technology, Customer Services, and Operations teams to understand needs and support data-led improvements.
- Mentor and support team members in analytical best practices.
- Follow data protection laws and company policies.
- Use existing AI and machine-learning platforms to improve analytical capability and productivity.
Tools and platforms

- Mentor and support team members in analytical techniques and best practices.
- Ensure analysis and reporting comply with data protection laws and company policies.
