Overview
Support the monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance across the bus network to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Performance Standards (CPS).
Your role
- Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and CPS requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
- Support preparation of periodic performance reports for client and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate performance data.
- Track corrective actions and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data.
- About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in performance monitoring, analytics, or reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience in transport, infrastructure, or O&M environments preferred.
