Data Analyst

About the Role

Namaa Partners is seeking a Data Analyst to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates located anywhere in Saudi Arabia, specifically within the Makkah region, including Jeddah and Makkah cities. The role is integral to an operating performance project with a corporate group in Saudi Arabia and subsequent engagements.

Role Context

The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming client data related to sales, costs, staffing, and operations into structured tables, comprehensive dashboards, and concise findings. These insights will then be utilized by Namaa Partners' consultants for presentation to management. Collaboration with a team based in Oklahoma City will require some calls towards the end of the working day, accounting for an eight to nine-hour time difference from Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data extracts from clients' finance, HR, and operations systems, and verify them for completeness and accuracy.
• Clean, join, and reshape data using Excel, SQL, or Python to enable comparisons across business units and fiscal years.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that visualize performance measures agreed upon for each client engagement.
• Prepare concise notes explaining changes observed in the data and their underlying reasons.
• Document all data sources, assumptions, and adjustments to ensure traceability and auditability of work.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, remote position within Saudi Arabia. The role offers a monthly salary paid in Saudi riyals. Candidates should be prepared for potential evening calls to align with the US-based team's working hours.
