REQUIREMENTS

  • Some experience in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role — we care more about your ability to learn fast and take ownership than about years of experience.
  • Solid SQL fundamentals, with the ability to reason about schemas and data structure, not just write queries.
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly; you don't need prior experience with our specific stack.
  • Strong ownership mindset: you take on problems, work through them independently, and know when and how to ask for help when you're stuck.
  • Genuine curiosity about data quality, taxonomy, and how data is structured "under the hood" — not just about the insights on top of it.
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related subject (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or similar) — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • NICE TO HAVE
  • Exposure to event-driven tracking, product event architecture, or Customer Data Platforms (e.g., RudderStack, Segment).
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker and similar tools.
  • Experience mapping or analyzing the customer journey (funnels, retention, cohort analysis).
  • Experience working in a global company across multiple time zones.
  • Telecom, CPaaS, or B2B SaaS experience.
