Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with business, product, technology, and other teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across different sources.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data-driven recommendations.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Support the development and improvement of data analysis processes and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
