• We are seeking three experienced 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 / 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁𝘀 to join a major client in 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 on an initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential.
• This role combines 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Successful candidates will help translate business requirements into meaningful reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using structured formats (data dictionaries, business glossaries)
• Translate business needs into KPIs, data models, and reporting frameworks
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools)
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks
• Automate reporting and workflows using SQL, Power Automate, and Excel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT)
• Support financial and operational reporting (P&L, forecasting, performance tracking)
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders
• 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics / Business Analysis
• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗤𝗟 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 (𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴) — 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modelling, dashboarding)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data modelling (star schema, relationships)
• Experience in structured documentation and data quality frameworks
