We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business, product, and operational decision-making through accurate and insightful data analysis.
The role involves working with large datasets, developing reports, and providing actionable insights, particularly in fast-paced and live event environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Map data fields (e.g., results, statistics, events), ensuring they are aligned with format requirements.
- Create detailed technical documentation in English**,** explaining the format, fields, and how data is transmitted and consumed.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the correct integration of sports data.
- Provide technical support to project and operations teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Data, Information Systems, or related areas would be desirable.
- Experience with data formats such as **JSON and XML.**
- **Experience with ODF** (Olympic Data Feed) format desirable.
- Experience or interest in working with **sports data**, understanding the structure and context of the data for each sport.
- Communication ability to interact with different Stakeholders, clarifying doubts and guaranteeing full support during data integration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Arabic
- Experience in sports or event technology is an advantage.
