What you'll do
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights and support business decisions.
- Build scalable data solutions, repositories, automated analytics, and reliable pipelines for analytics and business teams.
- Develop ETL, integrations, cloud-based automation, and programming solutions; improve performance, monitoring, and governance.
- Perform data cleansing, quality testing, reconciliation, reporting-layer validation, and integrity checks.
- Collaborate to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve reporting and analytics processes.
- Document specifications, standards, and processes; research tools and methodologies; re-engineer SQL transformations.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a listed relevant field and at least three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced data management, data manipulation, and analytical-tool proficiency.
- Experience with AWS data and analytics services, including Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3, and Step Functions.
- Knowledge of DataOps, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and advanced SQL.
- Experience in enterprise analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or digital transformation.
- Related professional certifications are an asset, not a requirement.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid work options are available.
Compensation
- Salary range is $83,040 to $112,340, with eligibility for a performance-based incentive. The description does not state the salary cadence.
