Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and analytical **Data Analyst** to support business decision-making through data insights.
The ideal candidate should be an **Arabic-speaking female professional** with experience in **B2B or retail environments**, capable of analyzing data trends, generating reports, and providing actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain **dashboards and reports** for business insights
- Analyze **sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends**
- Support management with **data-driven decision-making**
- Identify opportunities for **process improvement and revenue growth**
- Work closely with **sales, marketing, and finance teams**
- Ensure **data accuracy and integrity** across systems
- Prepare **weekly/monthly performance reports**
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in Data Analysis (B2B or Retail preferred)
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of **Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools**
- Basic understanding of **SQL and databases**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in **Saudi Arabia / GCC market**
- Knowledge of **ERP/CRM systems**
- Understanding of **sales and customer analytics**
