Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the program's data management strategy, standards, and plans.
- Collect, validate, maintain, and analyse project and program data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to provide timely and accurate performance information.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support project and program decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and work with stakeholders to address data issues and improve data integrity.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports to meet project and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Support the continuous improvement of data management, reporting, and analytical processes.
- Ensure data is managed in accordance with project governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Essential Requirements:
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualisations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Required Security Clearance Level: NV1
- Location: Adelaide
- Weekly Hours: 40
Qualifications
