Data, AI and Automation Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the data, AI and automation roadmap.
• Lead adoption of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Develop enterprise reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Implement automation opportunities with Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
• Improve organisational data quality, governance and business insight.
• Lead enhancement of the Loomis Customer Portal.
• Manage and develop Technical Analysts.
• Partner with business leaders to improve efficiency, productivity and customer experience.

Candidate requirements

• Experience leading data, analytics, automation or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong Power BI, SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial focus and ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Must pass criminal record, personal credit and identity checks.
• Must provide verifiable five-year employment, unemployment or educational history.

Pay and hours

• Pay is £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• The role is 40 hours per week and full time.
