Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily dairy operations and monitor production, processing, packaging, and storage activities as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, company policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, shelf life, and storage conditions; ensure proper handling and maintenance of the cold chain.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to meet daily operational targets.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, wastage, and product expiry.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, warehouse, and distribution teams.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and staff attendance; identify operational issues and take corrective action to improve productivity.
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dairy Supervisor or in dairy, food production, food processing, or FMCG operations.
- Knowledge of dairy products, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
- Team management, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; basic computer skills and ability to prepare operational reports.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
Preferred skills
- Experience in a dairy manufacturing or food processing company is preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards is preferred.
- Understanding of inventory control, cold-chain management, and waste reduction is preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time role; flexible shifts, including weekends, may be required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,500 per month; structured salary data lists AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
