Role overview
Build successful long-term partnerships with last-mile delivery partners by improving their experience and delivery processes.
Use listening channels and partner roundtables to identify experience priorities, consolidate feedback, and monitor sentiment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze feedback from multiple listening channels to identify priorities.
- Work with operations, ACES, and DEX teams to address structural challenges within established SLAs.
- Represent the voice of Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Partners in Amazon Saudi Arabia.
- Help partners put efficient delivery processes in place and resolve issues.
- Create a funnel to leadership on key priorities requiring action.
Work location
- The role is based at one of Amazon’s sites, enabling close visibility of the delivery process.
Basic qualifications
- Fluent spoken, written, and read English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications
- Two or more years of industry experience is preferred.
