D365 CRM Technical Architect

Role overview

What you will do

• Act as a trusted adviser and thought leader for client technology transformation.
• Develop new opportunities for clients and define technical, operational, and business requirements.
• Drive a Dynamics 365 CE evergreen agenda with clients.
• Ensure solution quality meets client standards and supports business value realization.
• Work with cross-functional technology and design teams on client interaction and solution delivery.
• Ensure offshore and nearshore resources are used appropriately.
• Lead continuous improvement to address challenges affecting client success and productivity.
• Lead planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE implementations.

Technical focus

• Work as a Technical Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect on large-scale, complex implementations.
• Apply expertise in customer engagement solutions, including Marketing and Sales, Customer Service or Contact Center, and Field Service.
• Provide technical thought leadership for Microsoft technology platforms and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Client management skills and experience managing roadmaps with associated activities.
• Experience consulting with clients on complex projects and in technology leadership roles.
• Experience working with global teams on Dynamics 365 CE implementation and maintenance projects is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Goal-oriented approach, sense of urgency, growth mindset, and enthusiasm for innovation.
• Leadership approach that empowers and develops team members.
