Cybersecurity Operations Manager (Saudis Nationalities ONLY)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee **cybersecurity operations**, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to security threats.
• Support the development and implementation of the **cybersecurity strategy** aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead **risk management and vulnerability remediation activities** to reduce organizational cybersecurity risks.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained across systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee **security incident management and response processes**.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure **business continuity and disaster recovery planning** meets cybersecurity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with **national cybersecurity regulations and standards**.
• Monitor cybersecurity performance metrics and **report risks and incidents to senior leadership**.
• Manage and mentor cybersecurity team members, ensuring high performance and capability development.
• Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and promote a **strong security culture** across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in **Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field**.
• Minimum **5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or information security**.
• Experience managing **security operations teams or cybersecurity projects**.
• Strong knowledge of **security operations, vulnerability management, risk management, and incident response**.
• Familiarity with **cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements**.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-security environment**.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with **SOC operations, SIEM tools, and security monitoring platforms**.
• Knowledge of **cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance practices**.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., **CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar**) are a plus.
• Excellent **Arabic and English communication skills**.
