Job Summary

The Customer Experience Service Center Analyst Summer Intern analyzes customer interactions, types, and reason codes to improve service forecasting and planning.

The role collaborates with Success Operations and Call Center teams to maintain key performance indicators and improve customer experience.

Internship duration is June 7, 2027 through August 12, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research contact service center best practices and benchmark KPI reporting to optimize customer experience.
  • Work with Success Operations and Call Center Leadership to lead one continuous improvement initiative.
  • Monitor KPIs to understand service and efficiency trends and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Share performance information and develop collaborative approaches to correct inefficiencies.
  • Develop CXEC communications that educate teams on product benefits, customer experience, and resilience.
  • Support corporate projects to learn cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Current enrollment in a BA/BS program in Business Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Completion of junior year before the summer internship start date.
  • Graduation on or before May 2028.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, communication, planning, and prioritization skills.

Compensation

  • Salary range is $25.00 to $25.00 USD; the posting does not specify a pay cadence.
