Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative based in Dubai.
The role involves providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The representative will troubleshoot customer concerns, provide accurate and timely information, and ensure a seamless customer experience in alignment with the company’s values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong Communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
- Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
