What you'll do
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Coordinate quotations, orders, deliveries, and shipment updates.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams.
- Maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Follow up on orders and proactively resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and smooth communication throughout the order cycle.
