Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking services through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with account services, including opening, closing, updating information, and processing service requests like card replacements or PIN resets.
  • Provide guidance on banking products, helping customers understand and choose suitable services such as loans, savings accounts, and digital banking tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation for compliance and follow-up.

Requirements

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
