Required Skills & Qualifications
*** Fluent in Arabic (mandatory), with strong English & Hindi communication skills**
*** Excellent customer communication & relationship-building abilities**
*** Professional handling of calls, WhatsApp, chat & email support**
*** Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution skills**
*** Basic automotive service knowledge (car wash, detailing, servicing, roadside assistance, etc.)**
*** Ability to explain services, bookings & app/platform features clearly**
*** Experience in customer service, hospitality, automotive support, or similar roles preferred**
*** Familiarity with CRM systems & digital support tools is an advantage**
*** Strong multitasking & time management abilities**
*** Ability to coordinate with operations teams in a fast-paced environment**
*** Sales awareness with upselling & customer retention skills**
*** Attention to detail with proactive customer follow-up**
*** Adaptable, organized & startup-minded personality**
*** Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience for Drive Switch**
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
