Customer Service Executive
We are seeking confident, articulate, and customer-focused professionals who are fluent in **English** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality service while representing the company’s values and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English while maintaining company service standards
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in **spoken and written English** is required
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Candidates must have valid work authorization/visa
