About the Role
We are looking for a **Customer Support & Sales Executive** who can bridge the gap between professional support and sales.
This role is perfect for a candidate who excels at building trust and managing long-term client relationships while still being focused on the company’s growth and deposit targets.
Detailed Key Responsibilities
- **Consultative Sales:** Engage leads through a consultative approach, understanding their financial goals and explaining how our platform meets their needs.
- **Onboarding & Technical Support:** Act as a dedicated point of contact for new clients, assisting them with document verification (KYC) and navigating the deposit interface.
- **Client Retention:** Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage account activity, and address any service-related issues.
- **Accurate Information Delivery:** Provide clear and transparent details regarding trading fees, platform benefits, and regulatory compliance.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with the technical and finance teams to resolve any client deposit or platform issues promptly.
- **Reporting:** Prepare detailed daily reports on client feedback, successful conversions, and pending registrations.
Required Qualifications
- **Experience:** 3+ years in Customer Service with a strong cross-selling or sales background.
- **Soft Skills:** High emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to build rapport with diverse international clients.
- **Languages:** Excellence in **English and Hindi** (written and verbal).
- **Attributes:** Professional demeanor and a strong focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.
