Location

Responsibilities
- Help customers activate and use the Cash Management Platform and products, and train them on cash management and digital banking products.
- Meet new and existing customers in person or online to understand needs involving system integration, products, and processes.
- Support modification and service queries, demonstrate the CMS system, and arrange reports based on customer MIS requirements.
- Resolve customer requests and queries within the required turnaround time.
- Coordinate with CMS setup, CMS operations, implementation, PSM, RM, BSG, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification and at least 1–2 years of banking experience.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Strong oral and written communication and networking skills; able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and technically oriented.
- MBA, MCA, or B.Tech is an added advantage.
- Basic CMS knowledge and contact centre experience are preferred.
