Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist, and critical positions.
• Partner with department leaders on workforce and hiring requirements.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate attraction.
• Manage recruitment agencies, executive search partners, and external vendors.
• Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire KPIs.
• Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.
• Leverage ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment technology, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and complex hiring programs.
• Strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, and senior-level recruitment.
• Understanding of modern recruitment strategies and talent market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven approach with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is advantageous.
