- What you’ll be doing:
- Owning relationships with customers from onboarding to long-term success
- Turning first-time users into power users
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally
- Solving problems fast and preventing them from happening again
- Driving product adoption and making sure customers actually

- Spotting risks early and turning them into opportunities
- Working closely with product and tech teams to improve the experience
- Building trust not just handling requests
- What we’re looking for:
• Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Based in Al Khobar or Al Dammam
- Experience working with healthcare SaaS products (this is key)
- Exceptional communication skills (Arabic & English - spoken and written)
- Strong ownership mindset. You don’t wait, you act
- Problem-solver by nature, calm under pressure
- Able to manage multiple customers without dropping the ball
- You’ve been in Customer Service or Customer Support for 2-3 years and you know how to turn interactions into real customer satisfaction, not just closed tickets
- You think beyond the surface: you analyze feedback, spot patterns, and turn insights into action
- You naturally build trust: creating strong, lasting relationships with clients comes easily to you
- You’re curious about innovation: experience with healthcare tech or AI solutions is a strong plus
