- Working days & timings – 6-day work and standard hours

Job description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned telecom customers
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee onboarding of new customers (network setup, services activation)
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with network operations, technical support, and field teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Telecom Operations
