Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of enterprise solutions.
- Drive product adoption by aligning solutions with customer business needs and use cases.
- Own customer renewals and proactively manage churn risks.
- Identify upsell, migration, and upgrade opportunities based on usage and customer insights.
- Introduce new products and support customer value management (CVM) campaigns.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and Operations.
