Role Description

The Senior Manager – Conversion Sales is responsible for leading the acquisition and conversion team to transform leads into active, funded trading clients.

The role oversees the complete sales funnel, from first contact through KYC completion, first deposit, platform activation, and first trade.

This position requires a highly driven sales leader with strong experience in FX/CFD conversion, call centre management, objection handling, and closing high-value prospects.

Key Responsibilities

o Lead Conversion: Lead a high-performing calling team to convert qualified leads into active, funded trading accounts.

o Sales Strategy: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly conversion targets.

o Team Leadership: Mentor and train agents on effective "closing" techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge (FX, Commodities, Indices, and Equities).

o Onboarding Management: Ensure a seamless client journey from initial call to document collection (KYC) and platform training on MT5.

Education

/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

o Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5), CRM Tools and Customer Success Platform

o Soft Skills: Strong "hunting" personality with exceptional negotiation and high-pressure closing abilities.

o FX/CFD brokerage industry, with a proven track record in a call centre environment.

o Regulation: Solid understanding of financial compliance and KYC/AML procedures.
