Job Description
Lucidya is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure enterprise customers achieve maximum value from the company's AI-powered SaaS platform.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding, implementation, and product adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and conduct regular business reviews.
- Monitor customer health, resolve issues proactively, and reduce churn.
- Identify upselling and renewal opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
- Track customer success metrics, maintain CRM records, and provide customer insights to internal teams.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Preferred:
- Experience with SaaS, AI, or Customer Experience platforms.
- Knowledge of customer success methodologies and analytics tools.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
