Customer Success Manager

About This Role

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager interested in growth to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in working with existing customers to retain and grow business and have a sales background.

For this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the relationship with multiple customers of a SaaS transportation product. You will be based in Abu Dhabi, but you must be willing to travel to Dubai or Sharjah 1-2 times a week.

You should have a background in sales and project coordination. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met
• Help customers with issues or concerns
• Understand customer requirements
• Participate in customer workshops, meetings, and solution demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales
• Business and technical writing
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple customer stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (mandatory)

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with government, transportation, or large-scale enterprise systems
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, or sales activities

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
