to lead post-sale software adoption and long-term retention for our premier corporate accounts.

Operating remotely within the UAE, you will be the primary corporate consultant for our high-ticket B2B software subscribers.

You will help clients implement our core

Key Responsibilities

  • **Account Value Delivery:**
  • Partner with newly onboarded corporate clients to drive rapid enterprise adoption of our recruitment technology stack.
  • **Subscription Retention Strategy:**
  • Proactively manage account health, user activity metrics, and renewal dates to maintain an elite retention rate across your portfolio.
  • **API Implementation Consulting:**
  • Guide client HR engineering teams through the functional onboarding and integration workflows of our cloud-based

  • **Account Expansion Employers (Upsell/Cross-sell):**
  • Identify organic growth opportunities to upgrade subscription tiers and implement secondary verification modules ($199+ price points).
  • **Feedback Sync Layer:**
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between our active corporate users and the product development engine in Abu Dhabi to ensure client feedback directly drives software updates.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • **Proven Success Background:**
  • 3+ years of professional experience in
  • Customer Success Management, Enterprise Account Management, or Technical Client Relations
  • within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • **Metrics Fluency:**
  • Complete comfort tracking standard software KPIs such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • **Technical Comfort:**
  • Solid familiarity with how cloud APIs, software platforms, and data validation systems interface with corporate legacy environments (HRIS/ATS).
  • **Communication Mastery:**
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional Arabic capabilities are highly valued for regional market coverage.
