About This Role
Job Title: Customer Success Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: Yearly renewable
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, and solution presentations
- Assist in proposal development and account management
- Manage end-to-end implementation of platform solutions and use cases
- Coordinate with stakeholders (customers, vendors, government, internal teams)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration with platform services
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Oversee technical solution design and operational support
- Improve processes and ensure alignment across teams
Requirements:
- 5 years of IT experience, with exposure to solution architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), preferably Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of authentication (SAML, OAuth, RBAC) and cloud security
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
