We are seeking a Customer Success Consultant Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer success.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business goals while maximizing the value of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, support, and account management.
  • Understand customer objectives and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their experience and results.
  • Monitor customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health.
  • Identify opportunities for customer retention, growth, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and consultations with clients.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Track customer feedback and provide insights to support business and product improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on customer performance, engagement, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Business Consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer management tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
