Level: Mid-Level / Senior-Level

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Support Manager to oversee and enhance business support operations across the organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence to help achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily business support and administrative operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Support management and departments with operational planning and business initiatives.
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for management review.
  • Manage office resources, vendor relationships, and operational budgets where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead, mentor, and support business support team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business support, operations management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability.
