Role Overview

Working Pattern

• The role is full time and permanent.

Salary

• The salary is £26,500 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Provide cheerful reception service to students and visitors.
• Support building management, financial, marketing, promotional, service provision, and compliance activities.
• Use internal management systems and maintain confidentiality.
• Carry out other duties required by the management team.

What You Will Bring

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and experience with health and safety practices.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn internal systems.
• Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Customer service, hospitality, or student service experience is required; accommodation experience is desirable.
