Role Overview
We are looking for an Accountant to support daily finance operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation activities within our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting transactions and records
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare bank reconciliation and financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and supplier payments
- Maintain accurate ledger entries and documentation
- Assist in monthly closing and audit process
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers & journal entries
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures
& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge in MS Excel & accounting software
- ERP system experience preferred
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Retail experience preferred
