About This Role

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, or clients, providing accurate information, guidance, and support in a professional and friendly manner. The role involves addressing inquiries, offering directions, resolving basic issues, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Customer Service Specialist are expected to be approachable, knowledgeable, and proactive in assisting individuals across a wide range of topics related to the organization’s services or venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and respond promptly to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on services, facilities, directions, schedules, and policies.
  • Identify visitor needs and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or resource.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current events, programs, or service updates.
  • Handle basic complaints or concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Monitor customer flow and assist with crowd management when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming help desk or information point.
  • Keep daily logs of interactions and provide feedback to improve services.
  • Support emergency or incident management protocols as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries at once.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and digital information tools.
