We are looking for a detail-oriented
Fleet Insurance Officer And Customer Service Representative
to support our motor and fleet insurance operations.
This is a customer service and coordination role focused on fleet declarations, policy servicing, claims follow-up, and communication with clients, insurers, garages, surveyors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate, responsive, and comfortable dealing with vehicle-related information such as car models, specifications, registration details, repair estimates, spare parts, and claims documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day servicing of motor and fleet insurance policies.
- Process vehicle additions, deletions, renewals, endorsements, and declarations.
- Review and maintain accurate fleet schedules and vehicle records.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
- Follow up with insurers for policies, certificates, endorsements, and approvals.
- Support clients with motor claims from notification to closure.
- Coordinate with garages, surveyors, loss adjusters, insurers, and clients.
- Track pending requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, documents, and communications.
- Support internal teams with motor insurance administration and client servicing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in motor insurance, fleet insurance, claims, garages, car dealerships, rent-a-car operations, or insurance brokerage is preferred.
- Good understanding of cars, vehicle specifications, car parts, repair processes, or garage coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple requests.
- Comfortable using email, Excel, WhatsApp, and office systems.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Languages
- English: required
- Arabic: strongly preferred
- French: advantage
