Full Stack Engineer

Overview

1. Website & Platform Development

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve the company website and related web applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and secure frontend interfaces.
• Develop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure website functionality, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and integration problems.
• Implement security standards and data protection measures.

2. Insurance Systems & Data Integration

• Coordinate with insurance companies and partners to gather required product, pricing, underwriting, and policy data.
• Build and maintain API integrations with insurance providers and third-party systems.
• Structure, map, and validate insurance data for website and system usage.
• Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and proper system integration.
• Assist in automating insurance quotation and policy issuance workflows.

3. Project Coordination

• Work closely with management and business teams to understand operational and digital requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and IT providers when necessary.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

4. System Maintenance & Support

• Monitor website uptime, server performance, and database health.
• Maintain documentation for system architecture, APIs, and technical processes.
• Provide technical support and training when required.
• Recommend new technologies and digital solutions to improve operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Experience in website development and system integrations.
• Previous experience working with APIs and third-party integrations is required.
• Experience in insurance systems or fintech platforms is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript

• React.js / Angular / Vue.js

• Strong knowledge of backend technologies:
• Node.js / PHP / Python / .NET
• Experience with:
• REST APIs
• Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Cloud platforms and hosting environments
• Git and version control systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and web security standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with insurance companies and external stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance brokerage, insurance systems, insurtech platforms, fintech solutions, quotation systems, policy administration systems, API aggregation, automation tools, and UI/UX best practices is an advantage.
