- استقبال مكالمات العملاء والرد على الاستفسارات بدقة واحترافية ما يضمن زيادة المبيعات
- تقديم الدعم وحل المشكلات بما يضمن رضا العميل.
- متابعة طلبات العملاء والتأكد من إنهائها بالشكل الصحيح.
- تسجيل وتحديث بيانات العملاء على النظام الإلكتروني.
- تحويل المكالمات للجهات المختصة داخل الشركة عند الحاجة.
- متابعة العملاء بعد تقديم الخدمة للتأكد من جودتها.
