Customer Service Representative
About This Role
Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
- Proven customer service experience or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
