We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our tourism company as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide detailed information about our tours, packages, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per hour
