About This Role

Overview

Equiphoria Business Solutions Inc. is a growing corporate services and business consulting firm helping international companies establish and operate in Qatar.

We are looking for a professional, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and ensuring a positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist clients with application forms, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department or senior consultant.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to resolve client issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may apply.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar client-facing role.
  • **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.** Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Professional, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Must be willing to work from our office in West Bay.
  • Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in business consulting, corporate services, or a similar industry in Qatar.
  • Knowledge of Qatar's business landscape and government processes.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
