Overview

We are looking for an **Arabic‑speaking Receptionist** with good conversational English to join Harmony Medical Group.

The ideal candidate will handle front‑desk duties, assist patients, manage appointments, and support daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage patient check‑in and check‑out processes
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Handle payments, invoices, and insurance‑related documentation
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Must be a **Bachelor’s degree** graduate in any related field
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Professional, organized, and able to multitask
  • Familiarity with medical or dental systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude and patient‑centered approach
